Bijou Boutique jobs and careers

About Bijou Boutique

Bijou Boutique is an exclusive Airbnb rental agency in Bristol, Bath & The South West of England. We are passionate about luxury homestays and always seeking more iconic properties to add to our portfolio. From luxurious city apartments in prime locations across Bath and Bristol to country retreats and unique self-catering holiday homes - we help owners realize a dream of their own boutique hotel. We are conscientious and confident, that’s why unlike any other short-let management company we let you keep the ownership of your Airbnb or booking.com listing if you ever have to leave! We want our clients to stay with us because we are doing a great job and not because they're being held ransom to their reviews and data. Backed by 20 years of combined hospitality & property experience and armed with a meticulous approach, you can trust us to take full management of your luxury holiday let. We will guide you through every step of this exciting property investment venture. Our local short let experts will visit your property and diligently assess its holiday let potential. The next step is a professional photoshoot - this is extremely important as your photos will be a window shop to your boutique hotel. If your home is an unpolished gem and not quite a high carat jewel yet, don’t worry as our dedicated interior and staging team will help you take your property into the world of exclusive homestays. Our short let management services are a complete answer to all of your and your guests’ needs and our offering is based on your own and your property's unique requirements. Your guests can expect just as personal service, where extras we provide are tailored to their specific lifestyle choices and sourced locally. At Bijou Boutique we believe business is about people, we care not only about profits but also process. This is why in our apartments and self-catering homes we only use cruelty free & eco friendly cleaning products and luxurious toiletries. Whether you are an individual homeowner or an investor looking to expand into luxury holiday let market, Bijou Boutique will help you find the right investment property and turn it into an iconic holiday rental. With true values of hospitality at heart, you can rely on us to work hard so that our owners and guests can sit back and relax. Bijou Boutique’s homes are more than just self-catering stays and more than hotels, they are little gems hidden in the streets of Bristol & Bath and precious rocks scattered across the beautiful countryside surrounding these two iconic cities where you will not only feel at home and welcome, but experience the luxury with a personal touch every time you stay with us.
