About Billes Architects

Billes Architects provides a complete array of project services including urban planning, design, architecture, interiors and development. Through these disciplines, we provide services tailored to the needs of each project including: feasibility assessments, programming, master planning, existing conditions analysis, site analysis, conceptual design options, historic tax credit application preparation, community engagement, contractor negotiations and many others. From Urban Planning, Design, Architecture and Interior Design to assessing damage to building structures for renovation or revitalization purposes, there is a tremendous amount of work that needs to be accomplished within a short time frame. Many factors require simultaneous coordination in order to revitalize communities that have been neglected in the past, communities that need a new vision to address old issues. Billes successfully meets with planning and neighborhood groups as well as individual residents who potentially benefit from professional consultation regarding the physical condition of their neighborhood or property of concern.
