The Bilu Huang Institute for Aging Research is an independent, theory-focused research hub incorporated under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance as a company limited by guarantee. Dedicated to a singular mission, we are committed to conquer aging by addressing its fundamental root causes. With strategic branches in the Hong Kong SAR and Fujian, we move beyond the traditional "one-disease-at-a-time" approach. Our research is unified by the TRCS (Telomere DNA and Ribosomal DNA Co-regulation Model for Cell Senescence) aging model, a novel framework originated by our founder, independent scientist Bilu Huang. This model provides a unified explanation for the shared pathogenesis of age-related degenerative diseases, including cancer, neurodegeneration, cardiovascular decline, and metabolic dysfunction.
