Our therapists value flexibility in treatment approach and the integration of evidence-based psychotherapies. This allows us to tailor the care of patients, who present with unique backgrounds, preferences, strengths, and challenges. At BHBH, therapists provide specific recommendations for treatment depending on specific needs, experiences, and identified goals. We offer individual and group psychotherapy, including DBT Groups for Adolescents and Young Adults. Some of the specialized treatment approaches offered include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-based and informed interventions.
