About Birchmere Collective

Birchmere Collective is a women owned and operated property services company serving the greater Lake Sunapee region of New Hampshire. Built on a foundation of trust, care, and community connection, Birchmere was created to support homeowners and rental property owners in maintaining spaces that feel comfortable, consistent, and truly cared for. Our work goes beyond traditional cleaning. We provide comprehensive home care services designed to simplify ownership and elevate the experience of both full time residents and seasonal homeowners. From routine and deep residential cleaning to short term rental turnovers, home checks, organization, and vendor coordination, we act as a reliable, local partner who ensures every detail is handled with intention. What sets Birchmere apart is our relationship driven approach. We understand that inviting someone into your home is personal, and we take that responsibility seriously. Our team is committed to delivering consistent, high quality service while building lasting relationships with the clients and communities we serve. With deep roots in the Lake Sunapee area, we take pride in supporting local homeowners, collaborating with trusted vendors, and contributing to the strength of our community. Every home we care for reflects our core values of authenticity, trust and integrity, humility, and teamwork. At Birchmere Collective, our goal is simple. We create spaces that feel calm, prepared, and ready for whatever comes next.
