About Bird & Bear Group

Welcome to Bird & Bear Group - a place where we believe that good food, good stories, and good times are meant to be shared. Our journey began ten years ago when Adam and Emma Marshall, locals themselves, founded their first cafe on a charming marina in Elizabeth Bay, Sydney. Their vision was simple - to create a welcoming place where the community could gather over quality coffee and food. Today, we have expanded and grown into a thriving hospitality group with a collection of venues nestled along the iconic Sydney Harbour. Through partnerships with local community Clubs, we strive to make these stunning harbourside locations accessible to everyone, providing a fresh and relaxed dining experience with friendly and welcoming service. At Bird & Bear, we cherish our local roots and embrace inclusivity and authentic Australian hospitality. Our brand ethos reflects the vibrant energy, diversity, and richness of the local area. We're proud to foster a sense of community where all ages and backgrounds can come together and experience the joys of living by the water.
