About bisonaire.com

We make complex processes simple – especially in the metal industry. bisonaire is a specialist in process consulting, planning, and optimization. Since 2019, we’ve been partnering with leading companies such as Novelis, Speira, KME, Outokumpu, and Alunorf to make their business processes more efficient, digital, and resilient. Our core focus – though not exclusively – lies in the metal and aluminum industry, where resource scarcity, sustainability goals, and market volatility demand excellence in planning and control. We understand these challenges and create solutions that deliver real, measurable impact. Through our bisonaire SCAN, we uncover optimization potential across the entire value chain – from scrap and casting processes to production planning and delivery. The outcome: higher efficiency, more transparency, and greater process stability. Our strength lies in combining strategic consulting, deep industry expertise, and technological excellence, especially with DELMIA Quintiq. We connect process understanding with technology to harmonize workflows, reduce inventory, and shorten lead times. We see ourselves as a trusted partner who doesn’t just advise but works hand-in-hand with our clients to shape the future – data-driven, sustainable, and pragmatic.
