1.Bitquity Capital is developing a risk-managed Bitcoin ETF portfolio to help institutional investors gain Bitcoin exposure without the volatility, regulatory, and yield challenges with an innovative options-based hedging strategy. 2.We compete in the growing Bitcoin investment market, which last year was a $2 trillion value market. 3.We are similar to BlackRock’s IBIT and Fidelity’s FBTC, but we use an options overlay to generate income, reduce risk, and compound Bitcoin exposure budget-neutrally. 4.Currently we have a proven strategy ready to scale with a team of experienced fintech and options trading experts. 5.We are looking for $100 million in funding to help us build a $100M AUM portfolio, target 40% annual yield, and grow to $500M+ AUM in 3 years.
