BKW Family Law was founded in 1987. We are a boutique women-owned firm based in Philadelphia, PA practicing all aspects of family law, including prenuptial agreements, divorce, custody, support, protection from abuse/domestic violence, adoption and LGBTQ+ relationship and dissolution agreements. In addition to traditional litigation, we offer mediation, arbitration, parenting coordination and collaborative law services to assist parties with out-of-court resolutions. We service Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester and Bucks counties in PA and Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties in NJ.
