About Black Diamond Consulting

With a background in project management and a proven track record in the utility and construction sectors, I’ve built my career on process improvement, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. My experience in managing large-scale infrastructure and systems projects translates seamlessly into retail environments where operational efficiency, inventory turnover, and cost controls are paramount. I've consulted in sectors including small to medium retailers, power transmission, substations, natural gas, and audiovisual construction. My foundation in PMBOK methodologies allows me to bring structure and clarity to inventory systems that are often fragmented and reactive.
