Black Sea Maritime Health Medical Center is the only certfied clinic for Maritime Medicine in Romania. Since its inauguration, this clinic consistently rose to the current standards in the field of occupational medicine, by adhering to the latest requirements of the Romanian Ministry of Transportation / according to the MLC 2006 regulations (STCW 1978 rev. 1995) and national law. The establishment is run by two specialists with more than fifthteen years of expertise, including OGUK certification since 2012, Masters of Medicine in Maritime Medicine in 2014, and specialization in Diabetes and Nutrition since 2015. The staff is completed by a team of internists, general surgeons, ophthalmologists, ENT-ists, neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, medical laboratory professionals, and medical providers, all being able to offer high-quality health services. Our most frequent patients include seafareres, offshore installation workers, divers, maritime auxilliary staff, as well as road and train drivers. All our customers are screened using state-of-the-art equipment and facilities and in accordance to the their specific regulations. We take pride in the accuracy and promptitude of our services and we strive on bringing quality screenings and medical reports while understanding the time constraints of our patients.
