Black Sheep Foods develops DualTexture™ Protein, a next-generation textured vegetable protein platform for hybrid and plant-based meat applications. Our technology helps food manufacturers reduce animal protein while preserving the eating experience consumers expect. DualTexture™ Protein is designed to hold water, meat juice, fat, and seasoning while maintaining a strong meat-like bite across formats including mince, pulled, cubed, kebab, BBQ, sausage, ready meals, and more. We work with meat processors, private-label suppliers, prepared meal producers, caterers, retailers, and food manufacturers looking to build better protein products with stronger economics, improved nutrition, and lower environmental impact.
