Black Sports Moms® jobs and careers

About Black Sports Moms®

Black Sports Moms® is a movement dedicated to empowering and educating mothers and families of athletes to lead and strategically support their child’s athletic journey. We equip moms with the tools, trusted connections, and confidence needed to navigate every stage, from early development to collegiate and professional opportunities. Founded by two Black women and mothers of athletes, one the mother of a rising MLB star, the other a sports attorney and middle school football mom. Our leadership is rooted in lived experience and professional fluency. We understand both the emotional journey of sports parenting and the business realities that come with it.
