About Black Timber Builders

We are a local Colorado design, build, and land development firm with a passion for great design and a deeply rooted sense of community and its ability to enhance our everyday lives. We work each day to bring that passion to life in all of our communities and homes. For us, it’s not just about reputation. As a team who is from here, we care about the footprint we leave, we want to build a legacy for our community. Because of that, sustainability plays a role in every project and community we design, from land planning and water usage to home building and power demand. We strive to create unique spaces and exceptional homes that are not only beautiful but also functional and timeless - a generational asset.
