About Blackbear

Blackbear is a fast growing estate agency established in Pembrokeshire, Wales. Running offices in both Pembrokeshire & Swansea we are now present all across South West Wales and keen to grow even further. You can contact us with franchise interest by emailing becomeabear@blackbearproperty.co.uk Specialising in all areas including residential sales and Lettings, commercial sales and Lettings and just about everything in between. Blackbear focuses on the very best property presentation and is very much a brand focused agency, we believe that by focusing on our own brand we will drawer attention to what matters most, our clients property. Looking to expand further through franchising and privately held offices we would love to hear from anyone with a strong agency background or indeed an agency already running looking to join our movement.
