About Blackbird Business Solutions, LLC

Blackbird Business Solutions exists to help construction related businesses maximize their potential. Whether the need is point support for the task and projects that just don't get the resources they need, or a full scale business evaluation and improvement execution package, Blackbird has the experience, skills, and resources to make it happen. Blackbird started out with the goal of filling a need for point pressure support services and helping businesses tackle more projects and tasks than they are internally staffed to handle. Most businesses find themselves wondering where to get more time and more people to accomplish the goals they set for the future. With that as the basis for business, Blackbird has helped streamline aggregate operations, expand business footprints, conduct detailed market studies, benchmark regional operations, explore greenfield opportunities, conduct capital plant projects, change mining methods, and create and execute performance improvement plans. Additionally, Blackbird is the Rohr-Idreco Dredge Systems representative in the state of Texas. We supply dredges, pumps, dewatering wheels, and ultimately solutions. Finally, Blackbird is in partnership with The Overlay Guys, LLC, a high quality national field service and construction welding group. TOG began by servicing waste-to-energy power plants all over the country. They are now branching out into the mining industry. TOG is capable of bringing 50 welders and machines on your site and tackling the toughest of jobs, from overlay work to steel erection, TOG makes it happen...and fast. Combining 20 years of experience, relationships, and skill, Blackbird Business Solutions, LLC exists to help your business more profitable. From the smallest of support tasks to full scale evaluation, solution proposal, and execution, Blackbird gets it done. Let us help tackle your goals!
