About Blaise AI

Blaise AI is building the next generation of software for small-molecule discovery. An LLM-orchestrated workspace that connects medicinal chemists and computational chemistry teams in one intelligent loop. In today’s biotech labs, models and molecules rarely meet fast enough. Blaise AI changes that by integrating LLMs, molecular modelling, and feedback capture directly into the design workflow. Chemists can ask natural-language questions, generate and rank new compounds, view predicted properties, and share rationale; all inside a secure, collaborative interface. Our platform is designed for speed, interpretability, and trust. It builds on a proprietary representation of chemical space that enables transferable learning across projects, so teams can leverage past insights rather than start from scratch. Who uses BlaiseAI: • Medicinal chemists exploring SAR hypotheses • Computational teams deploying new models • Biotech leaders seeking faster iteration between model and bench Why follow us: We share insights at the intersection of AI, chemistry, and human intuition from model interpretability to best practices for human-in-the-loop molecule generation.
