About Blended Training

We are a small, independent training provider and an Qualifications Scotland Approved Centre, specialising in the delivery of Modern Apprenticeships in Hospitality and Management. We focus on providing high-quality, practical training that supports both individual learners and the businesses they work within, helping to develop skills, confidence, and long-term career progression. We are flexible, responsive, and highly collaborative. We work closely with employers to understand their operational needs, workforce challenges, and strategic objectives, enabling us to design and deliver bespoke training solutions aligned to real workplace environments. Our approach ensures learning is meaningful, immediately applicable, and adds measurable value to businesses. We deliver Modern Apprenticeships that support learners at different stages of their careers, from entry-level roles through to supervisory and management positions. Our programmes combine on-the-job learning with recognised qualifications, ensuring apprentices develop the technical competence and professional behaviours required to succeed in today’s workplace. As a Qualifications Scotland Approved Centre, all qualifications are delivered to nationally recognised standards, supported by robust quality assurance processes. We place strong emphasis on learner support, progress tracking, and regular engagement with employers to ensure positive outcomes. A key strength of our organisation is our employer-focused approach. We work in partnership with businesses to identify training needs, recommend suitable qualifications or courses, adapt delivery models to suit operational demands, and align learning outcomes with business objectives. We can access Skills Development Scotland (SDS) funding for eligible learners and provide guidance throughout the funding process. In addition, we deliver commercial training programmes, offering flexible, tailored solutions delivered in workplace or alternative settings.
