About Blind Sports WA

Blind Sports (BSWA) connects vision-impaired people with the world of sports. Our goal is to foster a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone has the opportunity to participate in accessible sports, promoting health and wellbeing for those with vision impairments. We strongly believe in the value of relationships and strive to build connections between vision impaired individuals and affiliated organisations. At BSWA, we are proud to be part of Blind Sports Australia (BSA), a national sporting organisation that helps create pathways and opportunities for blind sports participation at all levels, from grassroots community events to elite competitions on the national and international stage. We are excited to facilitate and support several sports in WA that have either been specifically designed for blind and visually impaired people or have been modified to ensure accessibility. Our aim is to ensure that every vision-impaired person in WA has the opportunity to choose a sport that suits them best.
