About BlockStart Scotland

BlockStart is Scotland’s leading Web3 event, bringing together innovators, founders, developers, investors, creators, and curious minds from across the blockchain and digital asset space. Following the success of our 2024 debut — which welcomed hundreds of attendees and featured 70+ international speakers — the summit returns on the 7th & 8th of August 2025 to the iconic BAaD (Barras Art & Design) venue in the heart of Glasgow’s East End. Expect two days of high-impact talks, panels, workshops, and networking across themes including governance, finance, gaming, AI, NFTs, fashion, social media, music, privacy, enterprise, and the future of the internet. BlockStart isn’t just a conference — it’s a movement shaping the Scottish Web3 ecosystem and connecting it with the global stage. Join us and help shape what’s next.
