Fueled by personal experiences and years of training, our approach to healing is eclectic, holistic-based, and tailored to your individual needs. With foundations in Health at Every Size ® and Intuitive Eating, we seek to help all individuals make peace with food as they learn to trust their inherent body wisdom through attunement and somatic connection.
