The Blue Economy Solutions Lab conducts research and advisory services in biodiversity finance, marine conservation, and sustainable development. Our mission is to drive forward novel concepts - rooted in the best available science - that advance sustainable ocean economies, including both social and environmental interests. We have an established track record of research and advisory for financial solutions for conservation, including to support protected areas, ecosystem restoration, coastal livelihoods, and sustainable fisheries across global, regional, and country levels. From the Indian Ocean to Latin America and the Caribbean, clients, collaborators, and research partners have included UN agencies, global and national NGOs, conservation trust funds, philanthropic foundations, and research universities.
