Blue Water Construction of SW Florida jobs and careers

About Blue Water Construction of SW Florida

Bluewater is proud to be recognized as one of Southwest Florida’s leading Division 9 contractors, built on a foundation of discipline, precision, and accountability. With that position comes responsibility and we take that seriously. Every project we touch is approached with the mindset that we are not just installing materials, but contributing to structures that people will live, work, and invest in for years to come. Our team specializes in metal framing, drywall, insulation, and finishing across large-scale residential and commercial developments throughout SWFL. From ground-up single family homes to complex high-rise work, we bring a level of consistency and control that developers and general contractors can rely on. We understand the pace, coordination, and pressure that come with major construction projects, and we operate accordingly organized, proactive, and solution driven. As we continue to grow, our goal remains the same: build strong partnerships, uphold high standards, and represent what a modern Division 9 contractor should be. Bluewater is committed to setting the tone on every project through reliability, craftsmanship, and a clear understanding of what it takes to get the job done right.
