Mariscadoras è una startup e società benefit e con il progetto Blueat si impegna a spostare l’attenzione della domanda del mercato ittico dalle tradizionali specie target alle Specie Aliene. Quest'ultime, a causa della trasformazione dell’ambiente marino, sono e saranno sempre più presenti nel Mediterraneo e stanno mettendo in pericolo la sopravvivenza delle specie autoctone e conseguentemente il lavoro di migliaia di famiglie che vivono grazie alla piccola pesca, a quella tradizionale nonché al turismo balneare. Il progetto nasce con la finalità di ottenere un risultato benefico per il mare, per l’ecosistema, per la fauna autoctona, per la pesca, per il turismo balneare, limitando l’impatto delle specie aliene sull’ambiente e sul sistema socioeconomico.
