About BluStar

We at BluStar are on a mission to help Plan Sponsors get the support they deserve for their employees and benefit plans. In order to make this vision a reality we partner with Retirement Specialists across the country that hold the same principles as us. We have designed an innovative system for relationship building that is unparalleled in our industry. We schedule reviews with Plan Sponsors who are interested in exploring the possibility of partnering with a new Retirement Specialist in order to make their plan more efficient. Each plan converted within our program becomes more efficient in the process helping the benefit industry become a better place.
