About BO Creative Events

Blue Ocean Creative Events is a full-service corporate event agency based in Cairo, Egypt. For over 15 years, we've been designing, producing, and executing impactful brand experiences that bring people together and leave lasting impressions. We specialize in creating tailored corporate events that blend creative vision, precise planning, and full in-house production. Our work covers a wide range of formats — from product and brand launches to large-scale conferences, summits, gala dinners, and award ceremonies. Each event is crafted to align with our client’s goals and reflect their brand DNA. What sets us apart is our ability to deliver end-to-end event solutions under one roof. With our own wood workshop, creative team, and deep expertise in brand storytelling, we manage every detail — from concept and design to build-up, execution, and content production. We’ve proudly worked with leading multinational and regional clients including Unilever, Shell, Coca-Cola, Novonordisk, Marriott, Pharco, the United Nations, and the British and Qatari embassies, among many others. Our philosophy is simple: We don’t just manage events — we tailor the happy moments. If you're looking to create a brand experience that connects with people and elevates your message, we're ready to bring it to life.
