About BOA Builders LLC

At BOA Builders, we believe a home should do more than provide shelter—it should enhance your life, protect your health, and deliver lasting value. That’s why every BOA home is built as a high-performance home, meeting the rigorous Zero Energy Ready Home, Indoor airPLUS, and ENERGY STAR® standards. Our commitment means healthier indoor air quality, lower utility bills, and a more comfortable, sustainable living environment for every homeowner. As a trusted local builder, we design homes with open-concept layouts, energy-efficient features, and timeless finishes that stand the test of time. Our mission is simple: to build neighborhoods people are proud to call home. Two of our signature communities—Shadow Mesa and Chipeta Hollows—showcase the BOA difference: Shadow Mesa offers quick move-in homes in Orchard Mesa with breathtaking views and family-friendly amenities. Paired with competitive mortgage specials, Shadow Mesa makes high-performance living both attainable and inspiring. Chipeta Hollows combines low-maintenance living with convenient access to everything Grand Junction has to offer. Thoughtful design and community focus make it an ideal choice for homeowners who want both comfort and connection. Every BOA home is built with integrity and detail, but we also know homeownership is about lifestyle. That’s why we carefully select community locations close to schools, recreation, shopping, and outdoor adventure. Whether it’s a trailhead just minutes away or the everyday conveniences around the corner, our communities are designed to enrich daily living. With a focus on innovation, health, and sustainability, BOA Builders is proud to create homes that stand apart—delivering not just beautiful design, but the confidence of living in a home built for the future.
