Our mission is to connect students with the world of modern financial markets, where mathematics, programming, and economics converge. We aim to build a dynamic environment for research and innovation, linking members with industry professionals, faculty, and quantitative researchers across academia and finance. BSQF develops hands-on research projects, trading simulations, and workshops that translate advanced theory into measurable results. We focus on understanding market dynamics, developing quantitative models, and applying AI-driven analytics to investment and risk decisions. The association is organized into four specialized divisions: 1. Quantitative Finance Dedicated to pricing models, stochastic processes, portfolio optimization, and derivatives. Members research advanced financial mathematics and implement quantitative strategies through computational methods. 2. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Division Explores the intersection of finance and machine learning. Projects range from predictive modeling and reinforcement learning to LLM-driven financial research, combining theory with applied experimentation. 3. Capital Markets Focuses on macro trends, asset allocation, and global market dynamics. Members conduct analysis on interest rates, volatility, and cross-asset correlations, translating data into actionable insights. 4. Equity Research & Portfolio Management Applies quantitative and fundamental analysis to equity and sector-based studies. This division builds and backtests portfolios, evaluates company valuations, and produces research reports with a data-driven perspective.
