We are the premier female owned and queer run fitness facility in NYC. A gym led by Coaches who are experts in movement, and how to create the best Strength + Conditioning workout out there. Bodied was founded by Alisa Ardilla and Reni Calister to create a space where all are welcome and challenged to work their hardest. Their goal of inclusion is echoed throughout the space and coaching team. Both Reni and Alisa share a passion of fitness working in the industry as professionals and athletes. With a combined 25 years of experience, BFC is the culmination of their knowledge and passion to bring the best of what Strength + Conditioning can offer.
