About Bodytrio

Pilates · Yoga · Barre · Personal Training · Massage What makes BODYTRIO special? First, it's our convenient location and inviting space. It’s bright. It’s sunny. It's energizing. BODYTRIO is located in the heart of Belmont Center. We’ve created an environment that is always, and in all ways, positive, personal, and purposeful. Next, it’s our people and our culture. We care about you. We share what we know. We dare to be different. Our background encompasses athletics, dance, acting, and teaching. Our movement based methods are a FUSION evolving from the highest Certifications in classical Pilates, Yoga, and Barres, as well as, in the disruptive innovation of Applied Functional ScienceTM. Think empowering. Think, "Unique Boutique." But mostly, it’s your experience and results. You expect better. You deserve better. You get better. That means no passing fads, gimmicks or boring one-size-fits all workouts for you. Instead, you want "movement meant for you" – energizing, tuned precisely to your natural rhythm, progressed at your pace and motivated by your priorities. Achieve better results in less time with less effort. Think value. Think, "More for Less."
