About Boise Premier

Boise Premier Real Estate is an independent, locally owned and operated real estate brokerage built on a simple idea: What if there was a brokerage that threw away the useless and outdated practices of the traditional real estate brokerage model? What if we built our company based only on what works? Boise Premier would be more than a real estate company, but rather, a marketing company servicing the real estate industry. We talked to agents in our market and found out they wanted the freedom to make their own choices and the ability to brand themselves. But they also needed to have access to their broker, and not wait days for a call back. They wanted to feel appreciated—go figure. They wanted their broker to be a partner, not a dictator, or even a cheerleader, for that matter. We created Boise Premier Real Estate as an innovative environment where independent agents could have access to all the things they need, but not have to pay for the things they don't. Boise Premier limits the number of agents in the brokerage to a number we can support and develop lifelong relationships with, and we only recruit agents who can excel with the freedom we give them. Boise Premier’s transaction fee model benefits not only our agents, but also their clients. Our agents can satisfy sellers’ need for maximum exposure for their listings and buyers’ desire to get the best deal in their price ranges by investing more time and more of their commission dollars back into helping the client. You won’t find any slackers here. Boise Premier Real Estate only brings in the best agents in the Treasure Valley. Boise Premier prides itself on exceeding client expectations by giving personal service with the highest professional standards.
