About Us Bokeo International Airport Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Greater Bay Area Investment and Development HK Co., Ltd., which holds 100% of the shares. Established in 2021, the company was officially registered under Investment License No. 01/MPI.SEZO, dated 26 February 2021, and Enterprise Registration Certificate No. 102/SEZ.BK, dated 23 April 2021. The company’s head office is located at Bokeo International Airport, within the Golden Triangle Special Economic Zone, Ban Ngai Si Mueang Ngam, Tonpheung District, Bokeo Province, Lao PDR. Bokeo International Airport Co., Ltd. has been granted the rights from its parent company to manage, operate, and provide services at Bokeo International Airport under a concession agreement with the Government of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic. The investment is structured under a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model, with a concession period of 50 years.
