About Bold Waters

Bold Waters is a visionary movement redefining who water is for and what it can do. We create access, develop leaders, and champion inclusion by centering underserved communities in aquatic and outdoor spaces. Our work is grounded in purpose, driven by equity, and designed for long-term impact. We believe water is more than a place to swim it’s a space to build confidence, deepen connection, and unlock leadership. Whether you're a young person seeking direction, an adult exploring new possibilities, or a partner ready to drive change, Bold Waters is where transformation begins. Our Core Programmes: WaveMakers – Youth leadership through water safety, confidence-building, and open water experience Ripple Effect Retreats – Nature-based adult retreats for reconnection, reflection, and personal growth Global Flow – A flagship leadership and employability programme combining swim qualifications, mentorship, and international placements We are educators, water lovers, and changemakers building bold futures through purposeful action.
