About Bona Fide Life Coaching

We don't often take the time to think about what we actually want out of life; instead, we go through the day-to-day monotony, feeling off and not knowing what to do about it. As an Empowerment and Transformational Coach, I will help you find clarity, purpose, and self-acceptance. This will truly connect you with yourself so you can consciously create the life YOU want. In addition, I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor. I help people break the cycle of shame and guilt that they experience through dieting and trying to achieve a thin ideal and start to live an intentional life full of joy, self-love, and confidence.
