About Bonlife Namibia

Bonlife Assurance Namibia is a specialized insurance provider dedicated to meeting the diverse financial protection needs of Namibians. Since our establishment, we have focused on creating accessible, affordable insurance solutions that provide peace of mind and financial security to individuals and families across all life stages. Our product range includes comprehensive funeral plans (Family Plan, Prime Plan, Senior Plan), personal accident protection (Life Guard Plan), and our new Legacy Plan designed specifically for senior citizens. What sets us apart is our commitment to accessibility—most of our policies require no medical tests, making insurance coverage available to all Namibians. At Bonlife, we understand the importance of prompt service during difficult times. That's why we process valid claims within 48 hours and offer an Instant Cash Benefit paid via E-Wallet on the same day as the claim, enabling immediate action when it matters most. Our nationwide presence includes branches across all regions of Namibia, from Windhoek and Rehoboth in central Namibia to Oshakati and Ondangwa in the north, Walvis Bay and Swakopmund along the coast, and Keetmanshoop in the south. This extensive network allows us to serve customers wherever they are. We have built our reputation on customer-centric service, innovative product offerings, and a deep understanding of the Namibian market. Through our loyalty programs and rewards like the Kampala Benefits Programme, we continually look for ways to add value for our long-term customers. At Bonlife, we believe everyone deserves financial protection and dignity in life's most challenging moments. Our mission remains to provide reliable, comprehensive, and accessible insurance solutions that help Namibians protect their families.
