We specialize in transactional work, including business formation, IRS tax exempt applications, drafting and/or reviewing lease, employment, independent contractor and numerous other agreements, and civil litigation, having experience in cases involving breach of contract, business torts, personal injury, employment, Defense Base Act claims, and numerous other civil litigation matters. Bosson Legal Group represents clients in Mediation and Arbitration, and practice in the Virginia and District of Columbia State and Federal Courts, the Virginia Supreme Court, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
