About Bouncefitbody Ltd

((BOUNCE)) is mini-trampoline fitness also known as 'Rebounding'. ((BOUNCE)) sessions are dance-choreographed workouts programmed to gain rapid results via HIIT training. The ((BOUNCE)) trampoline offers an efficient workout, 3 times more effective than the same exercise performed on the ground thanks to extra gravity and g-force. With no other apparatus comparable to its cellular and lymphatic health benefits ((BOUNCE)) improves co-ordination and motor skills, offers low impact on joints (87% of shock is absorbed by the trampoline pad), reduces cellulite, encourages osteoblasts, increased metabolism, improved immune system and drives rapid weight loss.
