About Bowery Consulting Labs

Bowery Consulting Labs is a NYC-based building envelope consulting firm where restoration problems meet innovative solutions. Founded on a commitment to transparency and clear communication, we provide façade, roof, and parking structure consulting services for buildings across New York City. Our Bowery Operating System brings together strategy, technology, and engineering in one integrated team with zero silos. We combine cutting-edge digital solutions with established engineering discipline to keep architects, property managers, and building owners fully informed at every phase—from ambitious concepts to final inspections, without surprises. With 40+ years of combined experience, our principals specialize in FISP/PIPS compliance (Local Laws 11/98 and 126), LPC landmark restoration, waterproofing design, and construction oversight. We serve century-old landmark buildings and modern high-rises alike, delivering projects that stay compliant, cost-effective, and on schedule. We didn't set out to be another façade consulting firm. We're here to untangle the inefficiencies that stall exterior work and build lasting partnerships—not just client engagements. Every stakeholder moves forward together.
