Box Wilson Equity is a real estate investment and private equity firm focused on cash-flowing commercial real estate. Founded in 2013, BWE pursues opportunities through two complementary strategies: direct sponsorship, where we acquire and manage assets with full control over strategy and execution, and co-GP partnerships, where we invest alongside proven operators and remain actively involved through asset management. Our investment focus includes multifamily, self-storage, manufactured housing, and select industrial assets, concentrated primarily in Texas and Sunbelt markets. A value-add component is required in every deal. We invest our own capital alongside our investors at the same terms in every deal.
