This is a per diem / on-call position to be able to accept shifts at different locations as needed by Clubs and as your availability allows. The ideal candidates love working with youth ranging between 6-18 years of age, display healthy behavior modeling, demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Youth Development Specialist will be supporting our members with remote learning, club programming, and academic enrichment activities.
