About BPRC

Doing biomedical research into infectious diseases and neurodegenerative diseases, BPRC contributes to better heath worldwide. Research is also required to identify and develop alternatives to the use of non-human primates. We have an active and expanding programme to develop alternatives following the principles of reduction, refinement and replacement. BPRC is a non-profit organization. Corporal social responsibility (CSR) has a high priority at BPRC. We are e.g. certified for responsible environmental policy (ISO 14001/2004) and are international recognized for animal welfare policy (AAALAC).
