Millions of Americans need long-term services and support because of disabling conditions and chronic illnesses. Care provided at a person’s home is dignified and humane, yet the complexity of the healthcare systems makes it difficult for anyone to receive that care. Braided Health makes it easier for people who are elderly and/or disabled to get care in their homes.
