About BrainCrumbz

BrainCrumbz is an IT consulting boutique founded in 2013 by Alessandro Fiore and Giuseppe Piscopo: a Delivery Director and a Director of Technology who have been working together on every project for 10+ years, across high complexity engagements and international clients. Governance, architecture and delivery: one team, one point of accountability. We are not a generalist software house. We work with a limited number of clients at a time, on complex projects where the level of seniority makes the difference between delivering and not delivering. --- What we do: → Fractional Delivery & Technology Direction - ongoing governance of critical software projects → Delivery Rescue & Acceleration - for projects in trouble where every day of delay has a cost → Software Architecture Assessment & Modernization - for complex systems: assessment, planning and supervised evolution → Technical & Project Due Diligence - for high-impact decisions that require a senior second opinion --- Selected track record: Clients: European Space Agency · Bulgari · Deloitte Consulting · Treccani · Ministry MIMIT · Ministry MISE Partners: Vodafone · Capgemini · CNR · IRCCS Gaslini · CSC Centro Sperimentale del Cinema Recognition: Innovation Day Tokyo 2020 (Italian Government) · Fortune Italia Innovation Awards 2023 International clients (2013-2018): Betfred Done Brothers (UK) · Vantage Partners (CH) · Dolphin Engineering (CH) --- Our approach: software built to last. A call-center solution running for 10+ years, 350+ operators, zero corrective maintenance. --- Remote-first since 2013. Available across Italy and the EU.
