About Branch Property Investigations

We exist to help people gather information about a property so they can make informed decisions about their next steps. Our Chief Investigator, Tom Geoffroy, combines his engineering and business backgrounds, 25 years in property restoration, and comprehensive education in property investigation techniques to provide accurate and timely evaluations of properties. Whether it's radon testing, microbial remediation assessments, pre-listing inspections of properties about to be sold, or inspections of properties for buyers wanting a comprehensive assessment of risk, we provide insights that can guide people into properly choosing their next course of action. We use advanced tools like infrared cameras, moisture detectors, and other measurement devices to provide additional data to incorporate in property assessments. Check out our website for a sample inspection report, YouTube videos, blog, and testimonials. We're awfully proud of our 5 Star Google reviews, too!
