BRAND The Urban Agency is founded by Rinske Brand, author of Hart Hoofd Handen, a widely used guide for citymakers. The agency works at the intersection of culture, society and urban development. Not as an advisor on the sidelines, but as a strategic partner in shaping places that are socially, culturally and economically meaningful. Three core expertises define the work: * Place branding Defining the identity, ambition and positioning of places as a shared strategic compass. * Placetesting Testing ideas in practice to understand what works, for whom and under which conditions. * Culture-led development Embedding space for culture and creative initiatives as a structural driver of area development.
