The Brasher Law Firm, PLLC, is a law firm specializing in trial practice for individuals, businesses, and churches who have sustained damage as a result of injury, breach of contract, or unfair treatment from insurance companies. Since Hurricane Rita, we have successfully represented hundreds of homeowners, business owners, and churches for damages against their insurance carrier. Most recently we have taken on cases from Hurricane Laura, Delta and Ida. We utilize a team of experts to correctly document damages sustained by insureds, including, engineers, accountants, meteorologists, building professionals, adjusters, economists, and the like. We take whatever steps and expense necessary to evaluate damages and represent our clients.
