About Brasserie Docteur Gab's SA

Founded in 2001 with a home brewing kit by three childhood friends — still leading the company today — Dr. Gab’s Brewery has established itself as a pioneer of the craft beer scene in Switzerland. Based in French-speaking Switzerland, Dr. Gab’s develops and produces innovative, local and accessible craft beers, driven by a clear ambition: to reshape the perception of beer and bring joy to all good-living enthusiasts. A dedicated team works (almost) day and night with one shared belief: beer is more than just a light, standardized lager. We strive to elevate the quality, creativity and diversity of craft beer in Switzerland. True to its original spirit, Dr. Gab’s aims to share its passion for craft beer with as many people as possible: to create, experiment, innovate — and do it all over again — always with the goal of delivering moments of enjoyment and discovery. Local and sustainable commitment: At Dr. Gab’s, we prioritize Swiss partners and are committed to reducing our environmental impact. We valorize our raw materials — including spent grains — and have implemented a bottle return system. We also recover CO₂ generated during production and reuse it in the brewing process, as part of our continuous effort to improve our impact.
