About Brasserie les Tours du Malt

Microbrewery located in Hem within the Braquaval farm. We produce a variety of beers highlighting the regional terroir. Since 2022, the brewery has been organic for its entire permanent range, beers and soft drinks. The range of products is divided into two, a CHR range (Cafes, Hotels and Restaurants) and a GD range (Large distribution). These are differentiated by recipes and labels. Within the CHR range, we will find a collection of permanent beers: French Pale Ale, Tripel à l'hibiscus, Session IPA, Lager, Limon'ale and Tonic. As well as ephemerals: Saison, Black IPA, Brut, Harvest Ale, Stout... Our packaging: 33cl, 75cl and 20L stainless steel. The brasserie is open to the public at the end of the week, a bar area and a terrace (in summer) await you. Possibility of carrying out visits and workshops for professionals and individuals.
