About Brave Spaces

Brave spaces supports you to live a life filled with connection, purpose and self-discovery. At Brave Spaces we empower you to embrace your unique path and create a future filled with courage, growth and authenticity. As humans we are wired for connection in all aspects of our life. Yet the fast paced world in which we live has made it difficult to stay connected in our daily lives. Brave Spaces exists to change that. Drawing on global indigenous wisdom and the latest scientific insights from neuroscience, epigenetics, psychotherapy, global indigenous wisdom and organisations like the Institute of Heartmath, we facilitate programs that provide the tools, insights, path and support you need to start living a life of connection and purpose. Our comprehensive programs, workshops and retreats are based on a tried and tested path. We focus on creating an environment where you feel safe and empowered to courageously embark on deep inner work.
