Brazos Strategies Group is a new strategic consulting and public policy firm built by four former government officials with careers spanning healthcare, technology, and budget decisions. Our founders have served as Executive Commissioner of Texas Health and Human Services, Deputy Chief of Staff to two U.S. Secretaries of HHS, Special Assistant to the President at the White House, Chief of Staff at the Texas HHS Commission, and architects of the state’s landmark $400 billion Medicaid waiver. Between them, they have worked across four Texas gubernatorial administrations and in state and federal government. We advise healthcare systems, technology companies, providers, payers, and advocacy organizations on legislative, regulatory, and procurement challenges across healthcare, technology and AI, human services, security and privacy, public affairs, and Sunset review.
